Little Falls
The township of Little Falls, located on Passaic County is just under 3 sq miles with borders on Montclair, Cedar Grove, Clifton and Woodland Park. Named for the waterfall that graces the Passaic River in downtown Little Falls, it still maintains its feel as a one-time mill town. Two train stations along the Montclair-Boonton line (one at Montclair State University and the other in Downtown) make for a convenient commute to NYC. In 2020 the average price of a home was $410,000. This includes many condos and coops as well as a few larger homes.
